Retail Vendors

SALES TAX
I understand that my retail vendor space is $75.00 paid to the Kiwanis Club online (plus $30.00 which will be paid out to the City of Bullhead IF you do NOT already have a Bullhead City Business License) and includes both days of the event, Oct. 20-21, 2023.

PROCESSING FEE
Additionally, I understand I must pay online which includes a small processing fee.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Vendor will NOT be refunded if they do not or cannot participate. If any required information is NOT provided via email within 14 days (Bullhead City Business License, Special Event Permit, etc.) of reservation date, reservation may be cancelled without refund.

PARTICIPATION
Vendors are NOT required to work all of the event hours, but are highly encouraged to do so. We recommend bringing a team of people to help you man the hours and provide breaks, etc. If you choose to break down early, you will NOT be permitted to bring you vehicle inside the event area. You will be required to take your booth items to you vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS!

VENDOR SETUP
Vendor set up will be from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Friday, October 20, 2023. Once the event begins at 5:00pm on Friday, no vehicles will be permitted in the event area. There will be a re-setup period with vehicle access from 7:00am to 9:00am on Saturday, October 21, 2023.

OVERNIGHT
Premises will be monitored 24 hours on Friday October 20 and Saturday October 21 and you may leave your goods overnight. If you choose to tear down your booth, it will have to be after 10:00pm on Friday and there will be a brief vehicle access and re-setup period Saturday morning from 7:00am - 9:00am (but this is not necessary, we recommend an ez-up with tarps wrapped around for overnight)s a retail vendor, I am responsible for reporting and the payment of all applicable sales tax.

SPACE
Each retail vendor space is roughly 10 x 10 and outdoors. There will be up to 50 vendors total. Please bring whatever is needed for your setup including lighting for evening hours (electricity for LED lighting provided, bring your own extension cords). We recommend an ez-up.

SETUP / TEARDOWN
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown. The Kiwanis of the Colorado River does NOT provide labor assistance, tables, chairs, or canopies/ez-ups.

SECURING
Vendors are responsible for securing their booths and goods during all set-up & event hours.

LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED
The Kiwanis Club of the Colorado River and the City of Bullhead City employees, departments and volunteers are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

LIABILITY
The Cornfest Committee, Kiwanis of the Colorado River, the City of Bullhead City employees, departments, and volunteers are NOT responsible for any liability incurred your product or actions of your organization/company.
