Additionally, I understand I must pay online which includes a small processing fee.

Vendor will NOT be refunded if they do not or cannot participate. If any required information is NOT provided via email within 14 days (Bullhead City Business License, Special Event Permit, etc.) of reservation date, reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Vendors are NOT required to work all of the event hours, but are highly encouraged to do so. You will be required to take your booth items to you vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Premises will be monitored 24 hours on Friday October 20 and Saturday October 21 and you may leave your goods overnight. If you choose to tear down your booth, it will have to be after 10:00pm on Friday and there will be a brief vehicle access and re-setup period Saturday morning from 7:00am - 9:00am (but this is not necessary, we recommend an ez-up with tarps wrapped around for overnight)s a retail vendor, I am responsible for reporting and the payment of all applicable sales tax.
